Actually, the recommended architectural design service fees by IAI (Indonesian Institute of Architects) are based on a percentage of the designed building's value. However, for residential projects (homes), we have prepared an estimated cost range for our services based on the percentage recommended by IAI. On average, it takes a minimum of 3-4 months because we do not impose revision limits during the design process. The duration depends on the client's preferences and any changes they may request.

To streamline the design implementation process, we have divided our work into three main stages:

• Conceptual Stage; In the initial phase, we focus on conceptualizing your ideas and preferences.

• Detailed Design Development Stage; Following the approval of the concept, we move on to the detailed design development stage.

• Architectural Working Drawing Stage; The final stage involves the creation of detailed architectural working drawings.

Yes, structural calculations are included. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings are also included, but only in schematic format.
